In the article "Problems of school discipline system emerge at earing" is about school discipline being more enforced in other schools, meaning becoming more stronger in other schools. From reading this article it looks like before anything is enforced into a school the Education Department showed be notified first. Because in the article they explain how the Bloomberg administration officials, police commissioner, and the school chancellor portrayed the schools discipline system. They portrayed it by not notifying the Education Department with any information about any school crime data until a certain amount of time. The Education Department questioned why? The schools chancellor say that they do not notify them until a certain amount of time because he Education department would "publicize the data is they had access to it". I don't believe that is a good reason because from what I see the discipline is enforced by the Education Department.
